We recently bought a property which was in much need of a complete refurbishment, as we were keen to develop our dream home. We found Andrew Petch at the initial quotation stage, to be thorough and comprehensive carrying out a detailed inspection. The quote was completely transparent and we appreciated being able to see exactly what was included, how much and where.

We felt confident out of the 3 quotes obtained, Andrew Petch Building and Carpentry were going to deliver our large project on time and in budget. Throughout the 6 month build, we found the team to be polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

We were impressed that every night the site was cleaned and our neighbours had no issues throughout the build. The team used were of an incredibly high standard and our snagging list at the end was non-existent. We were also pleased that throughout the project, the only extras to the job were ones that we had asked for and there were no hidden costly surprises. We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation and can’t thank the team enough for their expertise and execution of the project.
