In the summer of 2020 we where awarded the tender for the complete refurbishment of a grade 2 listed property in the Cotswold countryside . The refurbishment was a clever blend of traditional heritage works and modern contemporary design. The project consisted of the complete over haul of the existing cottage with high end traditional finishes . A large single storey modern extension with stunning standing seam zinc roof . Large sliding Oak doors opening out onto the Porcelain tiled patio. Beautiful hand made kitchen by Ben Burbidge .

The extension is linked to a renovation of a grade 2 listed Bothy via contemporary Trippel glazed link . The Bothy itself had to be completely rebuilt using traditional heritage methods , Lime plaster , lime mortar , wood fibre insulation and finished with a traditional Oak Framed roof consisting of a King post Truss.

Its fair to say that this project threw up a different challenge every day and it tested the skills and patience of every member of the team. But the end results speak for them selves.
