Extensions, Renovations and Refurbishments are the most popular types of building projects.
They inevitably encompass many of the other services we offer, from grounds works, brickwork, carpentry & joinery, plumbing, electrical installation, plastering, tiling, decoration and everything in between.

Loft & Garage Conversions
Loft and garage conversions are a very popular option with homeowners across the UK as they don't generally increase the foot print of the property and don't usually require planning permission.
We would always advise that you check with your local planning department, before carrying out any such works. In many cases you won't need planning permission to be granted, you will however need to have had a structural Engineers survey carried out for the proposed works and involvement of Building control.
As with all of our projects to achieve satisfaction, we are happy to advise on this or include it into our fees.
Custom Made Joinery & Bespoke Cabinetry
We offer a custom made joinery service from our fully functional workshop where we can produce a whole host of joinery items and bespoke cabinetry . All of our joinery and cabinetry is purpose made to suit each individual project, from high end contemporary designs to traditional characterful finishing's.
Custom made joinery items, such as large external windows and door set with multi point locking and double glazing. Custom designed staircases made from hardwoods with toughened glass balustrading are more often out sourced to some of the larger manufacturers, that we deal with on a regular basis.
Our manufactures use state of the art CNC machining (Computer controlled tooling), to produce high end products to our exact specifications, time and time again with out fail.
For the more traditionally constructed joinery and bespoke cabinetry, we more often than not , prefer to keep this in house! We have our own fully functioning workshop where we can design and build such items as bookcases, cabinets, Birch plywood cabinets and joinery, wardrobes and bedroom furniture, kitchens and worktops, shelving units, traditional or modern panelling, internal and external doors, windows and much more.
All of joinery and custom made cabinetry can be perfectly finished to your requirements whether they are hand painted, sprayed, oiled or lacquered.
